Portfolio and activity
Read balances, positions and transaction records without confusing estimates with available funds.
Wallet and Activity show the account information supplied by the connected service. Start by checking the selected Party ID and network, especially after changing accounts.
Balances and positions
An available balance is the amount currently reported for the account used by the action. Other balances, pending deposits or assets held in a different account may not be available for a launchpad trade.
Coin positions combine an asset quantity with market information when it is available. A displayed valuation is an estimate based on that data; it is not a firm offer to buy the full position. Selling changes reserves and can incur price impact and fees.
Missing account data stays unavailable. It does not mean the balance is zero or that an asset was lost.
Activity records
Open Activity to review available trades, funding actions, launches and reward claims. Use the filters to find the relevant action and open its details.
| Status or value | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Pending or confirming | The outcome is still being checked |
| Confirmed | The service reports a confirmed result for the action |
| Rejected or failed | Review the stated reason before preparing a new action |
| Unknown or unavailable | The service cannot currently determine the outcome |
| Transaction reference | A reference to the published transaction, when supplied |
A successful quote or a closed wallet prompt does not replace the final activity result.
A pending action
Keep its reference and refresh the status. Do not repeat a financial action simply because the page was slow or a request timed out. The original submission may still finish.
If the result remains unclear, use Support with the action reference, approximate time, network and a description of what happened. Never include a seed phrase, private key, access token or API secret.
Open Wallet inside Launchpad for this account's funding options. The Wallet docs cover the separate Wallet app.
