Points and Preview status
Understand why Points are unavailable in the connected app and how the Preview differs from real CC rewards.
Points are not currently available in the connected Launchpad app. The Points page explains that the illustrated balances, streaks, tiers and leaderboard belong to a browser Preview, not a live account program.
What the Preview shows
The standalone Preview demonstrates a possible participation experience: daily tasks, a points balance, tier progress, a streak calendar and a leaderboard. Its sample activity and rankings are demonstrations, not a record of your connected Canton account.
Preview task figures and tier thresholds do not establish live earning rules. A displayed balance is not CC, a tradable token or an amount available for withdrawal. A Preview interaction also does not establish that a real account action took place.
Points and $NOVA
Preview Points do not guarantee a $NOVA allocation, eligibility or a claim. Proposed fee benefits and other future uses require separately published rules before they can become available.
There is no Points-to-token conversion or redemption flow to follow in the connected app. A Preview tier or leaderboard position does not create a right to a future distribution. Use published program terms if a live program becomes available, rather than carrying over assumptions from the demonstration.
Real rewards are separate

An unavailable Points page does not mean your creator or referral earnings have disappeared. Check those features in Profile & Rewards.
If you expected a Points balance
Confirm which app and environment you are viewing. A demonstration in a Preview or screenshot should not be treated as a live program statement. For an account issue, contact Support with the page and message you see.
