Sign in, complete Wallet setup and keep track of the accounts you use to access supanova.
Sign in
Open supanova Wallet and choose an available sign-in method. The desktop experience supports email and wallet sign-in. The Telegram experience uses your Telegram account.
Use the same method and account when returning to an existing Wallet. A different email address, Telegram account or unlinked wallet may open a different account.
Complete setup
Follow the setup shown after sign-in. If access requires an invite code, enter the code in the app and wait for setup to finish. Signing in and registering a Canton account are separate steps; your Wallet is ready to receive when it displays your Party ID.
Do not send funds while the receiving address is still loading.
Linked accounts
Open Settings to inspect the accounts linked to your profile. In the desktop experience, Linked Email shows the existing email or an option to link one. Linked Wallets lets you review the wallet connections exposed by the app.
Complete account linking from the account you intend to keep. If a login method is already associated with another account, stop and resolve the conflict before continuing. Linking a wallet is not a transfer of the assets it holds.
Returning on another device
- Open the official Wallet app.
- Sign in with a method already linked to your account.
- Open Receive and compare the Party ID with the one you previously used.
- Check the asset balances and recent activity before sending anything.
An empty Wallet after sign-in can mean you used a different account. Verify the Party ID before assuming funds are missing.
Lost access
First recover access to the email, Telegram account or external wallet you used to sign in. If another sign-in method is already linked and available, use it to open the same account.
If you still cannot sign in, use official support. Describe the login method, the error shown and when it occurred. Never send a password, login code, private key or seed phrase.
There is no documented seed-phrase recovery flow for the current Wallet. Do not follow instructions that ask you to enter a phrase into a support form or an unfamiliar site.
